The Elixir App

Watching loved ones aging inspired Elixir’s founder to create a company that would empower women to stay fit as they age. UX research revealed that women prefer sharing their exercise and dieting experiences and find empowerment through community. Elixir evolved into a virtual community for women ages 50-70. Here is some of the initial UX findings. (Elixir™ 2019)

We started with interviews.
Interviews were conducted with a group of women 49-70 years old.
Recordings were reviewed. We grouped findings into a map. Compared notes and determined
key commonalities and challenges. Out of this data user personas were created.
